1. Introduction and scope

These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://bankify.com/ and its associated pages and subdomains (the “Website”).

The Website is operated by EARTHPLEXO SERVICES LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with company number HE 346681, whose registered office is at 7 Amathountos, 3105, Limassol, Cyprus (“Earthplexo”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms apply solely to your use of the Website as an informational resource and lead-generation tool. The Website does not allow you to register an account, open a facility, or execute any transaction. The services themselves (as listed below) are provided exclusively under a separate Business Terms of Service after you complete our standard onboarding process.
